Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective items purchased through our store. To qualify, products must be returned in new condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items that are damaged due to misuse or returned in used condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Exchanges

Exchanges are also accepted, provided that the item being returned is in new condition. Customers may request an exchange for a different size, color, or product, subject to stock availability.

Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

Return Method

All returns and exchanges must be processed by mail. Customers will be required to download and print a prepaid return shipping label, which will be provided once the return request is approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is offered free of charge. Liora Vine will bear the cost of the return label, so customers will not incur additional expenses when returning eligible items.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. Customers will receive the full value of their returned item, less any applicable shipping upgrades or handling fees from the original order if applicable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued in USD to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges Processing

If you have requested an exchange, your replacement item will be shipped out once the returned product has been received and inspected. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
